Lust

Surrealism Art Print

Explanation:
With this Surrealism Art piece I wanted to talk about sinning and how sweet this can be. Lust is to have an intense desire or need.  Sinning is inevitable in life, so better learn to live with it and enjoy it when you can. But there is always danger if you are not cautious enough. Upon closer look at the artwork you will find figures kissing and licking each other and some others eating the apple as a symbol of sin, and enjoying lust to its maximum. In addition, in the center you will find a monster hiding behind these three naked women, which is a symbol of the other side of the coin, meaning the danger that undermines. In short, losing control with Lust can give you a big heartache.

Definition of Lust

Lust is a psychological force producing intense wanting or longing for an object, or circumstance fulfilling the emotion. Lust can take any form such as the lust for sexuality, love, money or power. It can take such mundane forms as the lust for food as distinct from the need for food. Religions, especially Christianity, tend to draw a distinction between passion and lust.  They categorize lust as an inappropriate desire. Or a desire that is inappropriately strong.  Whereas passion is maintained to be something God-given and moral.- Source
